We Have the Space

No matter what the size of your annual association meeting, we have the space for you. Our largest room is 10,150 square feet, and can comfortably hold 500 attendees seated classroom style or 950 with theater seating. If you need booths set up for your meeting, this room can hold 72 8-foot by 10-foot booths. Our other rooms can hold anywhere between 50 and 150 people seated in classroom style, or 100 to 300 people theater style.

We can have your event space set up to your exact specifications with everything you need. Our setup includes tables, chairs and their cleanup after your meeting is over. We have a fully integrated sound system, complimentary high speed wireless internet. Our audiovisual equipment is available for rent should you have a need. And our rooms are climate controlled for your comfort.

Catering

You can’t have an association meeting without food. We’ve got you covered. We offer options for breakfasts and snacks for breaks, along with coffee, tea and other beverages. If you really want to treat your attendees, we work with several local caterers, including Sawmill Catering, Southern Smoke BBQ and Bon Appetit Restaurant and Catering. We can help you to set up a delicious meal your guests are sure to love.
